Who we are

This website is run by CraneShift. For any question about your data, or to use your rights, email hello@craneshift.com or write to us through our contact form.

What we collect and why

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. It counts visits, shows where visitors come from and which steps they complete (sign-up, survey, contact form), and sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<id>, which last up to 2 years. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We have turned off Google signals and advertising features, keep its data for 2 months, and never send your name, email address or answers to Google Analytics. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

If you click “Reject”, no analytics script is loaded and no cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; if you withdraw your consent, we delete the analytics cookies. Your choice itself is kept in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie. This website uses no advertising trackers.

Who processes the data for us

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, they rely on the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent, and at most 24 months after our last contact with you.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying to any of our emails, by writing to hello@craneshift.com or through our contact form. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, for example the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos or the authority where you live.
